BYLAW 12: Dispute Resolution Within the Ministry
Any concerns or grievances between members or between members and the Council shall be resolved through internal mediation and private arbitration in accordance with our sacred bylaws not through public court systems.
BYLAW 13: Member-Led Decisions & Community-Driven Service
This is a membership-driven nonprofit private association. The voice of the members carries more weight than any title, credential, or professional status. Licensed professionals have often failed the systems that need healing most therefore, it is our members who have the ultimate power to guide this Ministry. By a 2/3 vote, members may propose, add, or remove services, redirect resources, or introduce new programs that better serve the community. We are here to serve the people, not personal interests.
All operations, services, and agreements of the Ministry are protected under the U.S. Constitution, particularly the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments. Members acknowledge this jurisdiction upon joining.
