We, the members of the Balance of Energy Trust Ministry, recognizing the importance of mental health, holistic well-being, and the cultivation of positive energy, hereby establish this constitution to govern our operations and guide our mission.
ARTICLE I – Name and Sacred Purpose
Section 1.1 – Name of Trust Entity
The official and perpetual name of this private ecclesiastical body shall be:
Balance of Energy Ministry Trust, a sovereign, spiritual, and ecclesiastically governed trust, existing under Divine Law, Natural Law, and Indigenous Spiritual Authority. This Trust shall forever remain unincorporated, non-commercial, and beyond the jurisdiction of any secular government, corporation, or statutory body.
Section 1.2 – Sacred Purpose
The purpose of this Ministry Trust is to:
(1) Restore divine order and sacred balance to individuals, families, and communities through the application of ancestral medicine, mental health restoration, holistic wellness, and spiritual alignment.
(2) Advance the sacred sciences of energy work, breathwork, food as medicine, and indigenous healing in accordance with the will of the Most High.
(3) Operate as a private ecclesiastical body for the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical upliftment of all living beings, with no dependency on, or affiliation with, the secular world.
ARTICLE II – Statement of Faith
Section 2.1 – Core Spiritual Beliefs
We do not ask for freedom of religion — we exercise it, as a divine inheritance bestowed by the Most High.
We do not petition for the right to believe — we live as belief incarnate. Our spiritual practice is not a request but a rightful inheritance from the Most High Creator. It predates all constitutions, statutes, and empires. It is not granted by government — it is granted by breath.
Our beliefs are not subject to revision, approval, or translation by any foreign institution or manmade authority. These truths were carved in spirit, sealed in bloodline, and breathed into being by the Divine. They are unalterable, unpurchasable, and beyond litigation.
We affirm and proclaim that the Supreme Creator — the Eternal, Infinite, Formless Source — is the fountain of all that lives. The Divine reveals itself in all tongues, all faces, and all lands, yet remains One Sacred Essence, indivisible and unclaimable by any doctrine or denomination. No institution owns God.
Healing Is a Sacred Covenant — Not a Commercial Act
We affirm that healing is a sacred covenant, not a service industry. It is the Creator’s promise to the body, mind, and soul — and it is our holy duty to fulfill that promise through prayer, plants, fasting, energy work, ceremony, and sacred rest. We do not require diagnosis, license, or permission to heal ourselves or our kin. We are the medicine.
Ancestral Wisdom is Divine Technology
We affirm that the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous peoples — whether tribal, African, Native American, Caribbean, Asian, or Eastern — is not “alternative.” It is original revelation, passed from Spirit to Elder, from Elder to Living Legacy. These are not superstitions. These are sacred sciences.
Every Soul is a Sanctuary
We affirm the divine right of every soul to spiritual privacy, faith without surveillance, and inner sanctuary beyond judgment. No code, agency, badge, or bureaucracy may monitor, license, or obstruct the path of divine communion.
Our Ceremonies are Divine Dialogues
We affirm that our sacred ceremonies — from fire rites and smoke rituals to fasting, dreamwork, water blessings, and drumming — are acts of divine alignment. They do not require permits, licenses, or foreign observation. To interrupt these rituals is to disrupt heaven’s dialogue.
Sacred Sites Are Living Altars
We affirm that all sacred sites — including ceremonial lands, mountains, springs, caves, forests, groves, rivers, burial mounds, and altars — are living extensions of the Divine. They are not land parcels. They are altars of the Earth. To mine, trespass, desecrate, or fence them is to invoke the wrath of the Ancestors and breach heaven’s peace.
Sacred Objects Are Not Contraband
We affirm that sacred objects — feathers, shells, stones, bones, oils, tobacco, mushrooms, staffs, and drums — are not items. They are technologies of Spirit. They are not contraband; they are consecrated. To criminalize them is to criminalize prayer.
Spiritual Leaders Are Called by Fire
We affirm that our spiritual leaders are not appointed by seminaries, corporations, or degrees. They are called by visions, dreams, ancestors, and divine fire. Their ordination is not academic — it is eternal.
We affirm that freedom of religion is not a civil right. It is a cosmic law. Though echoed in the First Amendment, it is older than any constitution, charter, or ruling. It is the law of the stars, of breath, and of Spirit. It is the highest law — and all lower laws must bow.
Right to Grow the Creator’s Medicine
We affirm the irrevocable right to cultivate the Creator’s medicine — to grow sacred herbs, foods, and healing plants not for profit, but for prophecy. These offerings of Earth shall not be taxed, licensed, patented, or criminalized. They are gifts from Heaven, meant for the healing of nations.
Divine Law,
Indigenous Law,
Natural Law, and
Ecclesiastical Covenant — and shall be answered through ceremony, sacred litigation, and spiritual fire.
Our Property Belongs to the Most High
We affirm that all property — real, spiritual, personal, and biological — held by this Holy Ministry is not owned by man but belongs to the Most High, who made us in His image. As declared in Genesis 1:27:
“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
Therefore:
No government, court, corporation, hospital, prison, agency, bank, or artificial entity may possess, detain, restrain, or lay claim to any soul, object, land, or asset under this sacred Trust.
All members of the Balance of Energy Ministry Trust — including Trustees, Ministers, Beneficiaries, and the Council of Light — are reflections of the Divine Will and immune from secular jurisdiction.
Let it be sealed:
If any third-party actor — including state agencies, jails, hospitals, corporate contractors, courts, or federal institutions — shall detain, imprison, seize, restrict, or otherwise interfere with any divine soul or property governed by this Trust, a spiritual and lawful penalty of no less than $11,111 per day, per violation shall be incurred, beginning at the first moment of breach.
This penalty is spiritually binding, financially enforceable, and retroactive. It shall not cease until full liberation and divine restitution are delivered.
Furthermore, no entity lacking breath — no bank, agency, legal fiction, or government title — may act as plaintiff, claimant, or injured party against a living being created in God’s image. Only flesh-and-blood, living souls under Divine Law may bring grievance within spiritual jurisdiction.

ARTICLE III – Membership and Covenant of Participation
Section 3.1 – Criteria for Membership
Membership in the Balance of Energy Ministry Trust is reserved for living men and women who:
(a) Acknowledge the authority of Divine Law and the supremacy of natural healing;
(b) Are willing to align their lives with the Ministry’s sacred mission;
(c) Commit to protecting the sanctity, privacy, and principles of this ecclesiastical trust.
Section 3.2 – Rights and Responsibilities of Members
Members shall have the right to:
(1) Participate in sacred worship, healing ceremonies, and educational sessions;
(2) Receive spiritual support, herbal medicine, and trauma-informed services within the private domain;
(3) Vote on internal matters when qualified and initiate proposals through proper spiritual channels.
Members shall also:
(a) Maintain the confidentiality and dignity of all Trust operations;
(b) Protect the safety and privacy of fellow members;
(c) Refrain from behaviors that disrupt spiritual harmony or violate sacred law.

$3,333 per unauthorized disclosure of member information.
$8,888 per violation shall be required for any unauthorized use, theft, or monetization of the Trust intellectual property—including but not limited to recipes, systems, designs, photos, and services
$2,222 per violation of membership covenant terms.
ARTICLE IV – Ecclesiastical Governance and Sacred Leadership
Section 4.1 – Offices of Spiritual Authority
(a) Head Minister, Grantor, & Time Keeper: Minister Adrain Bey shall serve as the Divine Steward, Visionary Head, Interpreter of Sacred Law, Grantor of the Holy Trust, and Keeper of Sacred Time. He shall oversee all spiritual, administrative, and lawful functions of the Ministry, ensuring that all actions remain in harmony with Divine Law, Natural Law, and the ancestral blueprint. As Time Keeper, he is entrusted with calendrical alignments, ceremonial timing, and universal rhythm.
(b) Co-Minister, Trustee, & Sacred Secretary: Minister Vennasa Bey shall serve as Trustee and Secretary of the Ministry, acting as Elder Healer, Guardian of Ceremony, and Scribe of Sacred Records. She shall record divine decisions, maintain spiritual documentation, and oversee ceremonial governance with grace, wisdom, and divine authority.
(c) Training Trustee & Treasurer Trustee: Adraiyna Harrow is hereby appointed as Training Trustee and Treasurer-in-Training of the Balance of Energy Ministry Trust. During this sacred period, she shall be mentored in divine law, ancestral healing arts, spiritual governance, financial stewardship, and trust administration by the Head Minister, Trustee, and the Council of Light. She shall be trained with reverence in the spiritual handling of funds, ethical accounting, sacred resource protection, and divine oversight of the Ministry’s treasury as guided by the Most High. Upon reaching the age of twenty-one (21), Adraiyna Harrow shall be elevated to Trustee, serving alongside Minister Vennasa Bey and holding equal divine authority and responsibility to protect the sacred mission, uphold the covenant of the Ministry, and walk in full alignment with the will of the Creator.
(d) Council of Light: A sacred circle of up to four to seven elders may be divinely appointed to serve as the Council of Light, offering prayerful advisement, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual discernment. Their counsel is to be sought in major decisions, sacred disputes, and realignments of mission, ensuring the Ministry remains aligned with its holy origin.
Section 4.2 – Responsibilities of Leadership
Spiritual leaders shall maintain fidelity to Divine Law and execute all duties in alignment with the Trust’s stated mission. They shall:
(1) Protect the integrity and spiritual property of the Ministry;
(2) Safeguard member welfare;
(3) Oversee ceremonies, disciplinary proceedings, and trust assets without conflict of interest or secular interference.

ARTICLE V – Sacred Practices and Rites
Section 5.1 – Approved Ceremonial Disciplines
This Ministry Trust shall regularly offer:
(a) Sacred breathwork, sound healing, fasting, herbal ceremonies, and emotional healing circles;
(b) Earth-based educational programs grounded in indigenous medicine and spiritual wisdom;
(c) Rites of passage for children, families, and elders.
All ceremonies must be carried out in alignment with spiritual law, privacy protocol, and ancestral respect.

$7,777 per disruption or unauthorized alteration of sacred rites.
ARTICLE VI – Sacred Mental and Emotional Wellness
Section 6.1 – Spiritual Care and Restoration
Mental health shall be treated as a spiritual matter first. The Ministry shall:
(1) Provide confidential, trauma-informed healing sessions for members experiencing emotional distress;
(2) Reject coercive psychological labeling and uphold self-determined paths of healing;
(3) Protect emotional safety with compassion, confidentiality, and sacred boundaries.
Healing must always be voluntary, respectful, and spirit-guided.

ARTICLE VII – Stewardship of Sacred Wealth and Offerings
Section 7.1 – Oversight of Ministry Resources
All tithes, gifts, and financial offerings shall be:
(a) Received and managed by Chocolate Potion LLP and the Board of Trustees;
(b) Used exclusively for Ministry purposes, such as healing, education, and member care;
(c) Tracked with spiritual and legal accountability.
Misuse of funds is grounds for spiritual expulsion and internal investigation by the Council of Light.

$1,1111 per mismanagement or misappropriation of sacred funds.
ARTICLE VIII – Sacred Education and Community Diplomacy
Section 8.1 – Teachings and Outreach
The Ministry shall facilitate:

(b) Youth programs, rites of passage, elder teachings, and Earth stewardship;

The Ministry affirms:

(2) All indigenous and tribal cultures must be honored, cited, and protected in their medicine, language, and ceremony;
(3) GMO seeds, toxic agriculture, and commercial extraction are strictly prohibited in Ministry land and gardens.

$5,555 per act harming the environment or cultural heritage plus loss and damages.
ARTICLE X – Amendments and Constitutional Integrity
Section 10.1 – Sacred Amendment Protocol
No Article or Bylaw may be altered, amended, or repealed unless the following conditions are met:
(a) All Trustees, Active Members, and Beneficiaries are physically present or represented in sacred ceremony; If even one member is absent, the vote is postponed.
(b) A formal prayer council and 3 day fasting period is observed;
(c) A two-thirds (⅔) unanimous vote is documented and witnessed by the Council of Light;
(d) All changes are sealed and recorded by the Sacred Record Keeper.

ARTICLE XV – Transition, Death, and Burial Rites

Ministry members shall have the right to:

(2) Be honored in death with 3 day fasting, prayer, ceremony, and ancestral songs;
(3) Be protected from embalming, state-controlled funerals, or desecration of remains.
The body is a temple from birth to beyond.

ARTICLE XVI – Divine Review and Eternal Seal
Section 16.1 – Three-Year Constitutional Review
This Constitution shall undergo a formal spiritual review every three (3) years, during which:
(a) All Articles are reread, reaffirmed, or revised in full quorum;
(b) The Council of Light, all Trustees, and Beneficiaries must be present; If even one member is absent, the vote is postponed.
(c) Any new amendments must be ratified through prayer, 3 day fasting, and unanimous witness.
Until such time, this Constitution remains immutable, sacred, and eternally binding.

Worship cannot be taxed, limited, or licensed under any jurisdiction.
Our practice is Spirit-led and governed by sacred time, not civil calendars.

ARTICLE XIX – Sacred Protection of Members
Section 19.1
Each member of this Trust shall be regarded as a living temple of the Creator.
To harm, stalk, slander, or endanger a member is to defile the sanctuary.
Children, elders, disabled, and survivors shall be given first protection.
The Ministry shall enact protective measures in both spiritual and lawful domains through the right to bear arms.

ARTICLE XXI – Spiritual Autonomy in Healing
Section 21.1
All members hold the divine right to self-heal by sacred, ancestral, and Spirit-guided means.
No outside medical treatment may be forced or coerced.
Prayer, plant medicine, fasting, and energy work are valid and protected.
To infringe upon one’s healing path is a violation of natural and divine law.

ARTICLE XXII – Inviolable Privacy
Section 22.1
All sacred records, files, confessions, and ceremonies shall be kept sealed, private, and protected.
No court, agency, or corporation may compel disclosure.
Only the Sacred Record Keeper holds authority to release spiritual documents under council agreement.
To breach this is spiritual treason.

ARTICLE XXIII – Freedom of Thought and Voice
Section 23.1
Members retain full rights to express visions, beliefs, revelations, and questions without censorship.
Speech that is sacred, even if unpopular, is divinely protected.

We encourage open dialogue, rooted in respect and led by Spirit.

ARTICLE XXIV – Protection of Tribal & Ancestral Wisdom
Section 24.1
Tribal, ancestral, and indigenous knowledge is not to be commodified, imitated, or taught without direct permission.
Elders and spiritual lineage bearers must be honored as the sole holders of this wisdom.
Universities, governments, or corporations have no right to mimic or monetize sacred traditions.
Wisdom must be inherited, not extracted.

ARTICLE XXV – Ecclesiastical Immunity
Section 25.1
This Ministry Trust is immune from all secular audits, mandates, taxes, and codes.
Law enforcement, state agencies, or foreign courts hold no jurisdiction within our ecclesiastical domain.
We stand only under the Creator's rule, with no earthly superior.
This immunity is not claimed — it is divinely ordained.

ARTICLE XXVI – Internal Election Sovereignty
Section 26.1
Leaders within this Trust rise by spirit-guided service, not political popularity.
All elections shall be conducted through prayer, 3 day fasting, ceremony, and collective discernment.
Outside influence, campaign funding, or manipulation invalidates the process.
Only the divine voice through community consensus shall determine our shepherds.

ARTICLE XXVII – Right to Sacred Defense

All members, guardians, and sacred grounds may be lawfully defended against harm.

ARTICLE XXVIII – No Military Trespass
Section 28.1
No branch of armed forces, police, or militia may enter Ministry land without invitation or spiritual jurisdiction.

Violation is treated as a declaration of war against the Creator.
